What you'll do

  • Providing all users of the Centers (students, professors, clients, patients, other employees, and visitors) with a service of the highest quality.
  • Supporting Professors, attending to needs related to the proper development of academic activities (classroom preparation, projectors, audiovisual equipment, lighting, materials, etc.).
  • Facilitating proper orientation for students, employees, and visitors regarding all aspects related to facilities, classroom locations, and services.
  • Facilitating the delivery of internal and external mail.
  • Facilitating the movement of students and professors
  • Keeping the facilities under control (security, entrances and exits, opening and closing, and alarm control).
  • Notifying the Maintenance Coordinator/Technical Services of situations requiring intervention.
  • Carrying out supervision and control of the University's material assets and resources.
  • Recording all incidents within their scope of action according to the established procedure.
  • Ensuring compliance with the rules for the use of the facilities.
  • Ensuring the suitability of classrooms for teaching: guaranteeing correct and timely access to classrooms for professors and students, as well as the availability of all necessary equipment and materials.
  • Collaborating in the organization of equipment and furniture for conferences and events.
  • Managing minor incidents (low level of complaint or complexity).
  • Guaranteeing the safety of the facilities and of the students, employees, and users of the Centers within their scope of action.

What you'll get

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
  • Languages: Minimum A2 level of English (B2 level desirable).
  • Skills: User-level computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience: Experience in activities requiring direct customer interaction.
  • Schedule/Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating weekly morning and afternoon shifts + 2 Saturdays out of every 3 (morning-afternoon-off)
