At the Universidad Europea Veterinary Hospital, we are looking for a small animal clinical veterinarian to join our Emergency Service as part of a professional training and development program focused on emergency medicine and intensive care.

You will have the opportunity to work integrated with a team dedicated exclusively to the care of critical and emergency patients, participating in a 4-week training rotation designed to enhance your clinical knowledge and skills in this area.

The program is coordinated by the head of the Intensive Care Service, a European Diplomate in Emergency and Critical Care (ECVECC), providing a unique learning experience in a high-demand hospital environment with a high caseload.

• Attend emergency consultations for small animals.
• Manage hospitalized and critical patients during emergency shifts.
• Participate in the stabilization, monitoring, and treatment of intensive care patients.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures specific to the service.
• Prepare clinical reports and follow up on cases.
• Work closely with the internal medicine, surgery, anesthesia, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services.
• Participate in the practical training of Veterinary Degree students.
