Healthcare QA Specialist

• Manage and develop the Quality Management System in accordance with current regulations and ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with GxP legislation, GDP, and other regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector.
• Actively participate in internal, external, customer, and supplier audits, as well as inspections by health authorities.
• Lead and provide support in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and improvement plans.
• Collaborate in the definition and monitoring of quality objectives and performance indicators.
• Act as a technical reference regarding quality for customers and internal teams.
• Participate in the qualification and evaluation of strategic suppliers.
• Drive training and awareness programs in quality.
• Promote a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Gestionar y desarrollar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad conforme a la normativa vigente y estándares ISO.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la legislación GxP, GDP y demás requisitos regulatorios del sector sanitario.
• Participar activamente en auditorías internas, externas, de clientes, proveedores e inspecciones de autoridades sanitarias.
• Liderar y dar soporte en la implementación de acciones correctivas, preventivas y planes de mejora.
• Colaborar en la definición y seguimiento de objetivos de calidad e indicadores de desempeño.
• Actuar como referente técnico en materia de calidad frente a clientes y equipos internos.
• Participar en la homologación y evaluación de proveedores estratégicos.
• Impulsar programas de formación y concienciación en calidad.
• Promover una cultura de excelencia, cumplimiento y mejora continua en toda la organización.
