IT Support Technician

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years.
• Residence in the province where the position is located.

• Knowledge of production processes related to the AXAPTA corporate ERP software (purchasing, sales, EDI, EAN, production, logistics, warehouses, food traceability...) will be valued.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure (networks, communications, servers, backup...) will be valued.
• Experience in production environments is desirable.
• B2 level of English is desirable.

• Education: Vocational Training (CFGM) or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Microcomputer Systems and Networks or similar.

Depending on the Central Information Systems Services of the Vall Companys Group in Lleida, their main functions will be to provide local IT support at the Mataró plant. This local support includes:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in computer systems.
• Provide technical support to the company's internal users.
• Collaborate on the implementation of new technologies, corporate software updates (ERP), and gathering new requirements.
• Office software support, use of the corporate ERP.
• Keep computer security systems up to date.

Additionally, act as a liaison with key plant users to jointly define requirements for production process improvements related to Information Systems.

• Availability to perform on-call shifts, rotating, from Monday to Sunday.
• Full-time.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
