What we're looking for

Education: Graduate in Engineering / Technical Engineering.

Technical building installations (HVAC, electricity, fire protection, RITE, CTE); energy efficiency projects;
Accreditation or knowledge of the measurement and verification system (EVO).
Installation regulation and control systems; Energy certification programs.

Minimum Experience: 1 year.

The role

What you'll do

The functions will be the following:

Maintenance proposals for tertiary building facilities and industries, as well as public tenders in the field of building maintenance.
Definition of technical energy efficiency solutions for buildings and industries.
Technical calculations corresponding to savings measures and quantification of the energy savings generated.
Preparation of technical-economic bids.
Performance of economic-financial model simulations.
Technical support in operations (reports, improvements, regulatory compliance).
