Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Vocational Training (GM/GS) in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC installations,... Technical or Higher Engineering.

Experience: At least 2 years.

In heating, ventilation, electrical, boiler, control, and regulation installations.
Familiar with work certificates and measurements.

Advanced level computer skills in:

Office Suite (Excel, Word,...)
Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet...)
AutoCAD and Revit.
Navision
Budgeting software (Presto, etc...)
Project planning software (Project)

Nice to have

We value demonstrable experience in:

Heating and ventilation installations.
Steam installations.
Control installations.
Holding a 60-hour health and safety course.

The role

Among its main tasks and functions the following stand out:

Study, analysis, and design of heating and air conditioning installation projects.
Preparation of budgets for thermal and HVAC installations.
Site layout for installations.
Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Manage the human and material resources necessary for the execution of the works.
Monitoring and control of costs.
Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
Providing technical support to the site supervisor.
Planning, management, supervision, and execution of assigned projects.
