Are you currently studying for a Degree in Civil Engineering and are you interested in putting your acquired knowledge into practice?

A company dedicated to the Integrated Water Cycle Management is looking for students eager to learn to join their team through an extracurricular internship.

The student will apply knowledge related to hydraulic engineering, supply and sanitation networks, construction materials, topography, construction management, and quality control. Likewise, they will practice competencies in blueprint reading, measurements and budgets, construction planning, technical
and safety regulations, as well as administrative procedures linked to permits and licenses.

• Construction monitoring and control: supervision of the progress of renovation, repair, or expansion works for water and sanitation networks.
• Preparation of measurements and certifications: calculation of measurements for executed works and preparation of certifications for contractors.
• Quality control of materials: verification of compliance with technical specifications in pipes, valves, manholes, and other materials.
• Review of construction projects: analysis of blueprints, technical reports, and budgets for hydraulic infrastructures.
• Coordination with contractors: technical communication to resolve doubts and coordinate the execution of works.
• Inspection of trenches and excavations: checking of dimensions and safety conditions during pipe installation.
• Control of deadlines and budgets: monitoring of schedules and cost control.
• Management of permits and licenses: processing of municipal authorizations, traffic closures, and occupation of public roads.
• Preparation of construction reports: drafting of daily logs, incident reports, and meeting minutes.
