Front Office Sales Representative

• Education: we will especially value university degrees in Environment, Chemistry, or related areas. We will also consider Vocational Training profiles with an especially relevant career path and experience.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in B2B commercial functions, with direct responsibility in:
  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • Portfolio development and management.
  • Identification and qualification of commercial opportunities.
  • Consultative selling of services or solutions.
  • Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals.
  • Negotiation of economic and commercial conditions.
  • Closing sales.
  • Pipeline management, preparation of forecasts (forecast), and CRM follow-up.
• Experience in the sale of technical, industrial, environmental, or laboratory services will be valued, especially in environments that require collaborating with technical profiles to design tailor-made proposals.

At our LABAQUA laboratory, we are looking for a Commercial Front Office for Esplugues de Llobregat.

This person will be responsible for executing the commercial plan, meeting assigned sales and budget objectives, maintaining and building loyalty within the portfolio, acquiring new clients, and conveying the needs and commitments acquired with the client to the rest of the teams.

• Driving commercial opportunities: support in tenders, campaigns, and loyalty actions to strengthen client relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Strategic portfolio vision: analysis of clients, margins, and competition to detect opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Team coordination to offer an integral experience: collaboration with technical areas, laboratory, customer service, and back office.
• Close client follow-up: management of incidents and renewals, with a focus on satisfaction and the continuity of the relationship.
• Control and forecasting of commercial activity: updating visits and opportunities in CRM, and preparing sales forecasts.
• Clear reports to facilitate decisions: preparation of commercial reports on results, activity, and outlooks.
