Requirements

What we're looking for

- Training: Vocational Training in Refrigeration Installations and/or air conditioning, Electricity or equivalents.
- Experience in maintenance contract management: control of periodic inspections, proposals for facility improvements, preparation of budgets, hiring of subcontractors, client relations, management of technical personnel, etc.

- Knowledge of CMMS tools.

Nice to have

Valuable:
- RITE license

- Periodically report the maintenance activity of the facilities under your charge.
- Plan and schedule the work of your staff and supervisors.
- Verify the correct execution of the work order circuit.
- Prepare reports.
- Support maintenance tasks at the center.
