What you'll do
Their main responsibilities will be:
Directly supervise the electricity and instrumentation first-class skilled tradespeople in daily maintenance tasks.
Coordinate on-site preventive ranges and corrective assignments at the power plants.
Lead the crews of skilled tradespeople in the execution of electrical and instrumentation work.
Assign specific tasks to teams according to the operational needs of each plant.
Verify compliance with safety protocols and regulations in all interventions.
Manage the resources and materials necessary for maintenance operations.
Report the progress status of work and any incidents to the service manager.
Distribute responsibilities among the Electrical Maintenance and Instrumentation sub-services.
Requirements
Valuable training in Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in team supervision in generation plants.
5-7 years of experience in electrical maintenance and instrumentation, with at least 2 years in team supervision or coordination roles.
Possess leadership skills, effective communication, knowledge of electrical safety regulations (RBT, NTP), and availability to work in shifts and travel between centers.
