What we're looking for
Education: Higher degree in maintenance of thermal facilities and fluids or industrial refrigeration.
Experience: at least 1 demonstrable year in a similar position and/or company, in:
- Maintenance of steam boiler facilities.
- Team management.
- Management of subcontractors.
Nice to have
Other degrees such as electrical or plumbing will also be valued.
Valuable: RITE license.
We will value knowledge of:
- Previous experience in maintenance of thermal facilities (cold and heat). First-class skilled tradesperson.
- Centralized heating (gas, biomass, etc.).
- Knowledge in the maintenance of boiler rooms.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing.
- Experience in electrical installations.
- Organization and time management.

The role
Thermal facilities maintenance technician
Their main function will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment facilities. They will also be responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, improvement, and optimization of the various pieces of equipment.
With the following functions:
- The corrective/preventive maintenance of general facilities, performing said work in different centers.
- Responding to breakdowns in the facilities.
- Commissioning and regulation of thermal installations, especially heating systems.
- They will report their work to the team leader.
