The role

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance team, guaranteeing the correct operation of the facilities and production lines, and ensuring the execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans. We will especially value experience in automated environments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Supervise the correct operation of the plant's machinery and facilities.
- Plan and monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, minimizing production downtime.
- Detect faults and perform diagnosis of technical problems.
- Manage and control spare parts stock.
- Optimize line operation through parameter adjustment.
- Resolve industrial electrical breakdowns and incidents in electrical systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.
- Organize and prioritize the plant's technical incidents.
- Coordinate with the Production area to guarantee the availability and efficiency of the lines.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of maintenance processes.
