The role

We are looking for a Production Manager for the Girona area.

What you'll do

  • Lead the management of the construction site, coordinating the necessary resources in each of its phases to guarantee correct execution.

  • Ensure the quality and correct execution of the various work units, complying with established standards and objectives.

  • Perform production monitoring, effectively coordinating suppliers and subcontracted companies.

  • Direct and supervise site setting-out, working together with the site foreman and the surveying team.

  • Control and monitor costs, identifying possible deviations and proposing solutions to guarantee the profitability of the project.

  • Manage purchases and subcontracting, participating in the selection, negotiation, and coordination of suppliers and collaborators.

  • Supervise supplier valuations, proformas, and invoices, ensuring their correct review and approval.

  • Perform measurements and manage certifications, negotiating them with the Site Management and/or the Property Owner.

  • Participate in the technical and economic planning of the construction site, monitoring deadlines, resources, and objectives.

  • Collaborate in other tasks linked to the management and execution of the project, providing a global and results-oriented vision.
