What we're looking for

Requirements

Education: Advanced vocational degree in maintenance of thermal and fluid installations, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

Other degrees such as electrical or plumbing will also be valued.

Experience: at least 3 demonstrable years in a similar position and/or company.

We will value knowledge of:

Previous experience in maintenance of thermal installations (cooling and heating).
Centralized heating (gas, biomass, etc.).
Knowledge in the maintenance of boiler rooms.
Solid knowledge of plumbing.
Experience in electrical installations.
Organization and time management.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Schedule from 9 to 17, Monday to Friday.

The role

Integrated maintenance technician

Their main function will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electricity, plumbing, air conditioning installations, and the maintenance of heating and cooling equipment.

They will also be responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, improvement, and optimization of the various pieces of equipment.

What you'll do

The corrective/preventive maintenance of the center's general installations.
Responding to breakdowns in the facilities.
Commissioning and regulation of thermal installations, especially heating systems.
They will report their work to the team leader.
