The role
What you'll do
- Comprehensive legal advice in public procurement processes and tenders:
- Comprehensive legal planning, coordination, and management of public tenders in which the company participates.
- Preparation of bids for public tenders: drafting Risk Notes, analysis of Tender Specifications, resolution of inquiries, continuous legal advice to the Business team during submission, information requests, award, contract formalization, and monitoring of execution.

- Asesoramiento integral jurídico en procesos de contratación pública y licitaciones:
- Planificación, coordinación y gestión legal integral de las licitaciones públicas en las que participe la compañía.
- Preparación de ofertas para licitaciones públicas: redacción de Notas de Riesgos, análisis de Pliegos, resolución de consultas, asesoramiento legal continuo al equipo de Negocio durante la presentación, requerimientos de información, adjudicación, formalización del contrato y seguimiento de la ejecución.
- Preparación de escritos de reclamación y recursos administrativos y contencioso-administrativos (recursos especiales en materia de contratación, alegaciones, etc.).
- Tareas de soporte y coordinación de la relación con las Notarías en todo lo relativo a las escrituras públicas y actas a otorgar por la compañía.

- Soporte en el estudio de los distintos expedientes, redacción de todo tipo de contratos civiles y mercantiles y seguimiento de la ejecución de los mismos; todo ello con una orientación clara a Negocio. Entre otros, revisión de contratos de obras, prestación de servicios y asistencia técnica; subcontratos de obras y servicios; contratos de arrendamiento (local de negocio, personal), acuerdos de confidencialidad y colaboración, etc.
- Apoyo en la gestión societaria habitual (redacción de Actas, cuentas anuales, trámites en Registro Mercantil y Notarías).
- Colaboración ocasional en operaciones de M&A y reestructuración societaria.
- Tareas de asesoramiento jurídico en toda la actividad societaria habitual de la compañía: redacción de Actas de Junta y de Consejo, revisión de cuentas anuales y relación con los distintos registros públicos, especialmente con el Registro Mercantil.

- Experiencia: Al menos 3 años en despacho o empresa en cuestiones relacionadas con la descripción del empleo (se valorará positivamente experiencia en empresas constructoras).
- Interés por el Derecho y por profundizar en los asuntos, siendo capaz de trabajar en equipo.
- Atención al detalle y auto responsabilidad sobre los asuntos encomendados.
- Proactividad y capacidad resolutiva.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Buena expresión oral y escrita en castellano e inglés. Se valorará positivamente un buen conocimiento del francés.
