Your work will be carried out in a multidisciplinary work environment, and you will be integrated into the activity of a large human team, maintaining a constant relationship with the rest of the company's areas, directly controlling the development, quality, and profitability of your activity.
- Perform studies and bids for installation works (HVAC, fire protection, LV, DHW, PV).
- Prepare economic-financial models through the study and analysis of documentation, tender specifications, etc., by gaining detailed knowledge of the information provided by the client and the necessary technical documentation.
- Draft commercial offers.
- Conduct visits to workplaces, collect necessary information, and define service characteristics (personnel costs, machinery, consumables, etc.).
- Participate in the negotiation of technical and economic conditions with clients when necessary.
