The role
What you'll do
- Monitoring of production orders.
- Control and guarantee product conformity and quality.
- Correct and adjust machine parameters when deviations in the control parameters are detected.
- Record all actions occurring during the shift (self-controls, operating time and stops, raw material consumption, by-products, final product...).
- Perform first-level maintenance (Cleaning/Inspection/Lubrication).
- Propose solutions and improvements at the workstation.
- Training of new personnel in the area.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the section.
