About the role

For one of our subsidiaries in Castilla-La Mancha, we are looking for a Technical Office Technician to cover a temporary leave of approximately 15 months, in Ciudad Real or Albacete. 

What will you do?

What you'll do

  • Management, filing, and control of technical project documentation, ensuring its quality and updating.

  • Preparation of measurements, budgets, metric calculations, and technical reports.

  • Support in the planning, monitoring, and modification of ongoing technical projects.

  • Preparation of technical documentation for tenders, bids, and presentations.

  • Technical coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, addressing specialized inquiries.

  • Maintenance of project databases and support during site visits for information gathering.

  • Collaboration in improving technical office processes and management of necessary permits or licenses.

Education

  • At least 1 year of demonstrable professional experience. 

Required Education

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or higher-level vocational training in the sector.
  • Knowledge of front-end programming (HTML, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular) will be valued.
