Tax Manager

From the Tax department, we are looking to hire a Tax Manager with experience in tax analysis (direct taxation, including Transfer Pricing, and indirect taxation), management of tax procedures, and defense in Inspection/dispute processes, with a national and international focus.

• Tax Inspection processes: Preparation of documentation to be submitted to the Tax Authorities, in response to requirements of a limited or general nature, for the jurisdictions under their responsibility, and participation in interaction processes with inspection/supervision bodies, or subsequent administrative and judicial instances.
• Transfer Pricing: Collaboration in defining, controlling, and defending the Transfer Pricing model applicable to the Group, as well as preparing the supporting documentation for related-party transactions.
• Corporate Income Tax: Preparation, presentation, and reporting of the Corporate Income Tax for the entities under their responsibility, with a specific focus on adjustments to the tax base of a tax nature, including tax deductions and any other type of incentives, as well as adjustments specific to IFRS 15 and 16 accounting standards.
• Indirect taxation: Collaboration with business areas to ensure tax and customs compliance for operations, both from the perspective of formal obligations (electronic invoicing) and substantive obligations (correct calculation and payment of taxes).
• Personal Income Tax and similar: Collaboration with the HR department for the correct determination of withholding and social security contribution policies.
• Resolution of tax matters of a general nature: First-level response to tax issues raised by business areas.
• Tax Optimization: Definition of optimization plans for the proper use of tax benefits that may be applicable to the entities under their responsibility, both from a direct and indirect taxation perspective. Collaboration with technology areas for the proper use of innovation incentives (R&D and Technological Innovation tax deductions, as well as tax credits and subsidies).
• Tax compliance: Management of tax and customs assurance processes for the entities under their responsibility (adaptation to Corporate Tax Policies, tax and customs controls, regulatory audits - ISO 19602).

• Minimum experience of 6 years in a Law Firm/Big Four/consulting firm.
• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or Economics.
• Master's degree in taxation (international taxation, tax consultancy, tax management, etc.).
• Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate level of AI tool usage: Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude.
• C1 level of English.
