What you'll do

You will be part of the Installations team and will be responsible for:

- Installing our security systems in homes and businesses, as well as guaranteeing an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire process.

- Detecting and resolving technical incidents in an agile and efficient manner.

- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and encourage recommendations and referrals.

- Managing your work schedule with autonomy and responsibility.

- Completing the documentation associated with each intervention.

- Working days from Tuesday to Friday in rotating shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 and from 11:00 to 20:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
