Reporting to the Department Coordinator, you will join the Customer Relationship Planning team.

With the objective to analyze, plan, and dimension the service, guaranteeing the optimal balance between resources and demand.

What you'll do

Performing the forecast based on historical call load.
Planning and dimensioning of resources based on forecast and service needs.
Creating and updating shifts, vacation distribution, and leaves under the established premises.
Balancing the workload and efficient allocation of resources.
Management of service workers' absences.
Checking and verifying the authenticity of data extracted from various sources.
Requesting the hiring of new agents, extensions, reductions in working hours, or contract terminations to guarantee the adequacy of resources to established needs.

How you'll work

Full-time.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 09:00h to 18:15h, Friday 08:00 to 15:00h.
Hybrid modality: 16 days of teleworking per quarter.
Location: Pozuelo de Alarcón / Cornellà.
