The role

VIAJES MARVEL is looking for official guides for its trips to Toledo, which include PUY DU FOU. For Toledo city, obviously, official accreditation is required.

The guide is responsible for the group and is the essential element for customers to enjoy the trip. They are the connection between the travel agency and the customers.

In this case, it could be just the visit to Toledo or also extend to the group's stay with PUY DU FOU. To be negotiated.

What you'll do

Among your duties:
You will be responsible for receiving the group, accompanying them through the city, orienting, explaining, entertaining, taking them to the dining location, and ensuring schedules are respected. Solving unforeseen issues...

How you'll work

Approximate average duration of visits: 2-3h:

The guide may depart from the point of origin or meet the group in Toledo (at the park, the city, at an agreed point along the route...)

Frequency:

This is not continuous work, but intermittent. It is concentrated in spring and autumn.
