The role
At Vincci Hoteles we are looking to incorporate, as soon as possible, a Maitre for our Hotel Vincci Unuk 5 GL in Sevilla*. A person with a service vision, leadership, and attention to detail, capable of coordinating the restaurant area and guaranteeing an excellent experience for our guests. ✨
What you'll do
- Organize, coordinate, and supervise the dining room service.
- Lead and motivate the team of waiters/waitresses, ensuring close, professional, and high-quality service.
- Guarantee compliance with the company's service, image, and protocol standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to customers, resolve incidents, and anticipate their needs.
- Supervise reservations, setups, shifts, and the daily organization of the service.
- Control the correct application of hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
- Support the training and development of the dining room team.
