That is why we are looking for our next Restaurant Manager.

We are looking for someone who understands that running a dining room is much more than making sure a service goes well.

Someone who enjoys leading people, who knows how to bring out the best in every member of their team and who understands that great service begins long before the first customer arrives.

A person who is organized, resourceful and very results-oriented, but without losing sight of what matters most: the people and the experience we want to create.

You will be one of the key people in making the restaurant run like clockwork, both during service and in everything that happens before and after.

Your mission will be to lead the front-of-house team, ensure operational excellence and help every customer live the experience we want to offer, while also taking care of the restaurant's results.

• You will lead, train and organize the front-of-house team.

• You will coordinate service and communication between the front of house and the kitchen.

• You will ensure proper operation, order, hygiene and compliance with procedures.

• You will manage stock, orders, inventories and cash register closings.

• You will track KPIs and goals together with management.

• You will drive improvements and convey our culture and values to the team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

Por eso, buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Director/a de Sala.

Buscamos una persona que entienda que dirigir una sala es mucho más que conseguir que un servicio salga bien.

Alguien que disfrute liderando personas, que sepa sacar lo mejor de cada miembro de su equipo y que entienda que un gran servicio empieza mucho antes de que llegue el primer cliente.

Una persona que sea organizada, resolutiva y muy orientada a resultados, pero sin perder de vista lo más importante: las personas y la experiencia que queremos crear.

Serás una de las personas clave para conseguir que el restaurante funcione como un reloj, tanto durante el servicio como en todo lo que ocurre antes y después.

Tu misión será liderar al equipo de sala, garantizar la excelencia operativa y contribuir a que cada cliente viva la experiencia que queremos ofrecer, cuidando al mismo tiempo los resultados del restaurante.

• Liderarás, formarás y organizarás al equipo de sala.

• Coordinarás el servicio y la comunicación entre sala y cocina.

• Garantizarás el buen funcionamiento, orden, higiene y cumplimiento de procedimientos.

• Gestionarás stock, pedidos, inventarios y cierres de caja.

• Harás seguimiento de KPI y objetivos junto con dirección.

• Impulsarás mejoras y transmitirás nuestra cultura y valores al equipo.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en cargo similar
• Disponibilidad completa
