The role
We are looking for an experienced receptionist to cover a leave replacement at our Hotel Vincci Mercat 4* located in Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, managing reservations, check-in and check-out, and ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
What you'll do
- Attend to and welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing.
- Provide information and assistance regarding hotel services and the city.
- Resolve guest issues or requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Demonstrable previous experience as a hotel receptionist, preferably in the 4* sector or above.
- Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of English; other languages will be valued.
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Availability to cover a temporary replacement.
