We are selecting a biological production specialist - working on rotating morning and afternoon shifts

To perform from start to finish all tasks of at least one of the main processes in the Biologicals area, whether embryology, packaging, media, cells, or viruses, following Good Manufacturing Practices and established procedures, within the established timeframe and required quality, acting as a process specialist and a reference person within the area.

• Compliance with the assigned daily planning, understanding and following the weekly planning within the area, and providing ideas for its optimization.
• To act as a reference person in one of the areas of the section and participate in the rest:

- Cells

- Viruses

- Embryology

- Packaging

- Formulation of media and solutions.

• Correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Performing cleaning of material for aseptic operations according to the established procedure.
• Environmental monitoring and sampling of products and services (WFI, etc).
• Cleaning and disinfection of Class D rooms according to established procedures.
• Replenishment of materials in changing rooms and production rooms.
• Recording process data established in the PAS-X electronic filing system.
• Correct recording of activities in equipment logs and batch records.
• Reception and placement of general area material as well as stock control of material necessary for aseptic rooms.
• Performing environmental control of classified zones.
• Cleaning and sterilization of tanks.
• Performing maintenance orders.
• Correctly organizing a multidisciplinary team.
• Preparation and sterilization of material for aseptic operations and inactivation.
• Preparation and fumigation of rooms in process. Environmental control.
• Control and knowledge of specific equipment in the assigned production area.
• Maintenance of section autoclaves.
