Duties and responsibilities:

The RCSS plays a central role in growing WatchPAT activities in their area, paying special attention to the north of the country and taking responsibility for educating, training, and supporting customers and leaders in this territory.

This position requires strong clinical skills, a customer service-oriented approach, and close collaboration with the EMEA commercial and clinical director, the country manager, and the technical support teams.

The candidate will be responsible for helping customers and company leaders understand and implement the company's technology, which includes:

• Educating customers, medical staff, and potential clients on all clinical aspects of ZOLL Itamar technology.
• Providing technical and clinical training to account staff.
• Providing on-demand support to customers and addressing clinical inquiries related to the use of the technology.
• Regularly visiting customers to educate and support their staff.
• Manually qualifying sleep studies.
• Managing communication and collaboration with local key opinion leaders and professional associations/societies.
• Assisting customers with clinical questions.
• Educating customers and potential clients about Itamar technology and its advantages.
• Regularly visiting customers to educate and support customer staff.
• Managing communication and collaboration with local KOLs
