What you'll do
Main duties:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
- Attend to and resolve incidents and breakdowns that may occur in guest rooms, common areas, and service areas.
- Perform periodic inspections of the facilities to detect possible anomalies and prevent breakdowns.
- Carry out basic tasks related to electricity, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and general maintenance.

- Control the status and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts, communicating replenishment needs to Management.
- Participate in the actions corresponding to the establishment's emergency and evacuation plan.
- Contribute to the correct state of conservation of the hotel's facilities, equipment, and furniture.
- Propose measures that contribute to energy savings and a more efficient use of resources.
- Inform Management of any relevant incident, need for repair, or action that may affect the hotel's operation.
