About the role

As a Parkinson Sales Specialist Delegate, in the Neuroscience area, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Improve patients' quality of life and ethically consolidate pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership, and productivity.
  • Establish Action Plans to maximize productivity and territorial potential: territorial situation analysis, territorial assessment, market share and growth versus competitors, KPIs, competitor actions.
  • Define and implement necessary actions and/or investments to achieve objectives.
  •  Evaluate and monitor the impact on zone results.
  • Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies, and the sales process.
  • Sustain and enhance the company's image as a leader in healthcare.
  • Conduct hospital visits promoting the products under your responsibility.
  • Build customer loyalty and identify potential customers, as well as current and future opinion leaders.
  • Implement and monitor sales-oriented activities.
  • Implement commercial strategies to ensure the achievement of sales objectives for the brands under your responsibility.
  • Establish relationships with a broad base of contacts related to patient healthcare, focusing on their needs.
  • Create, maintain, and expand sales in your territory.
  • Provide services and medical-scientific information.
  • Know in depth the profile of your products and those of your competitors, as well as the profile of your physicians and patients.
  • Implement business unit strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
  • Previous experience in hospital sales positions.
  • Ideally previous experience in Neurology. 
  • High level of English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Residence in Barcelona.
  • Work area: Lleida, Barcelona, Andorra, and the Balearic Islands.
