We're on the lookout for a dynamic Academic Manager to be part of our amazing team. You'll work hand in hand with other Academic Managers and the commercial team to ensure top-quality education and happy students! You will have a big great teachers team too.

What you'll do

🔹 What will you do?
✔️ Oversee daily academy operations (schedules, classrooms, teachers, etc.)
✔️ Motivate and lead the teaching team
✔️ Ensure high-quality teaching & student satisfaction
✔️ Support teachers and students, including covering classes if needed
✔️ Provide excellent customer service
✔️ Help promote the academy to corporate & institutional clients
✔️ Assist in product development & marketing strategies
✔️ Participate in recruitment & training
