Fitness Staff | Group Activities

At GOfit Córdoba, we are looking for a trainer with experience teaching group classes, passionate about physical activity and well-being, who enjoys accompanying, motivating, and advising people in their workouts, helping them develop healthy habits, ensuring the correct execution of exercises, and creating a close, positive, and trusting environment where every member feels safe and supported.

As a Multi-skilled Trainer, you will be part of a dynamic team, with the ability to adapt to different areas within the center to offer a complete experience:

1. Group classes:
●The main focus will be on Zumba, Pilates, Strength, and Bike, although we value profiles with interest in other areas of the center. Motivating and challenging participants.
2. Possibility of conducting personal training where your duties will be:
●Performing initial assessments to understand the physical state, needs, and goals of members.
●Designing, planning, and executing individualized personal training programs.
●Accompanying and supervising users during sessions, ensuring safe, effective, and adapted practice.
●Monitoring the evolution of members, adjusting workouts to optimize results.
●Generating a motivating, high-quality experience, fostering adherence to physical exercise and commitment to their progress.

Technical requirements:
●Minimum qualification: Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning (TSAF, TAFAD and/or approved equivalents).
●Demonstrable experience in the fitness room: assistance, prescription, and program monitoring.
●Highly valued: CAFYD or INEF
●Experience in the sector and interest in professional development.
