Data Center Safety Manager (Spain or Portugal)

We are looking for Safety Managers for Data Center projects in Spain and Portugal.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the project's Health and Safety strategy.

• Oversee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HSE matters.

• Conduct inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

• Coordinate contractors and EHS activities.

• Promote a safety culture and training programs.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in large infrastructure projects (preferably Data Centers, power generation plants, substations, electrical networks, or complex industrial facilities),

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments

• Languages: native Spanish and advanced English.

• Availability for regular travel to sites and on-site presence as required by project needs.

• Experiencia mínima de 4 años en grandes proyectos de infraestructuras (preferentemente Data Centers, plantas de generación eléctrica, subestaciones, redes eléctricas o instalaciones industriales complejas),

• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multidisciplinares

• Idiomas: español nativo e inglés alto.

• Disponibilidad para viajes periódicos al site y presencia en obra según necesidades del proyecto.
