What we're looking for

• Experience in SAP PP and/or SAP PPDS. (Indicate minimum years for full optimization of the offer). • Experience leading SAP implementation and/or international roll out projects or programs. (Indicate minimum years). • Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders from different business and technology areas. Nice to have

We are looking for a Delivery Lead SAP PP/PPDS with experience in SAP S/4HANA environments to lead digital transformation programs, implementations, and international rollouts for large-scale clients. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the correct delivery of SAP solutions within the scope of advanced production planning and scheduling, and acting as a functional and strategic reference for the client.

You will have the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives in complex industrial environments, working with global teams and contributing to the definition of innovative solutions that optimize production planning and supply chain processes.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP PP/PPDS projects and programs in SAP S/4HANA environments, guaranteeing compliance with scope, quality, budget, and delivery deadlines. • Coordinate functional and technical teams distributed internationally, supervising design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities. • Define the implementation strategy and evolution of production planning and scheduling processes, aligning business requirements with SAP capabilities.

• Manage the relationship with business and technology stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and ensuring the achievement of program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of national and international SAP PP/PPDS programs. • Supervise the definition of functional architectures and integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, EWM, QM, and APO/ePPDS where applicable. • Manage risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, and escalation processes within the program. • Coordinate consulting, development, testing, and change management teams, driving delivery best practices. • Act as the primary interlocutor with the client for demand management, milestone tracking, and technological roadmap definition. • Promote continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and the adoption of advanced capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

The position is performed in any location in Spain under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office, where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
