Infrastructure Operations

Main duties:

• Management and operation of infrastructures, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs for availability, performance, and security.

• Continuous monitoring using tools such as Nagios and Grafana, implementing corrective and preventive adjustments.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incidents related to infrastructure, networks, and connectivity in cloud environments.

• Defining and applying security standards, including access control, network segmentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Identifying operational improvements through performance analysis, capacity planning, and cloud cost optimization.

• Participating in the definition of infrastructure modernization and cloud migration strategies.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure (the user has not specified a minimum number of years).

• Professional experience in IT infrastructure operations (minimum 1 year according to the information provided).

• Experience with ticketing and monitoring tools: ServiceNow and Grafana

Valuable requirements:

• Experience in Cisco Routing and Switching (advanced level not quantified).

• Experience in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.

• Experience in Infrastructure Design.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) with no minimum years specified.

• Experience in IT Infrastructure Operations in complex environments.

• Intermediate-level Network Security knowledge.

• Knowledge of the use of generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applied to the workplace, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.

Funciones principales:

• Gestión y operación de infraestructuras asegurando el cumplimiento de SLAs y KPIs de disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad.

• Monitorización continua mediante herramientas como Nagios y Grafana, implementando ajustes correctivos y preventivos.

Responsabilidades:

• Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con infraestructura, redes y conectividad en entornos cloud.

• Definir y aplicar estándares de seguridad, incluyendo control de accesos, segmentación de red y cumplimiento normativo.

• Identificar mejoras operativas mediante análisis de rendimiento, capacity planning y optimización de costes cloud.

• Participar en la definición de estrategias de modernización de infraestructuras y migración a cloud.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

• Experiencia en Cloud Infrastructure (el usuario no ha especificado número mínimo de años).

• Experiencia profesional en operaciones de infraestructura IT (mínimo 1 año según información proporcionada).

• Experiencia con herramientas de ticketing y monitorización: Service Now y Grafana

Requisitos valorables:

• Experiencia en Cisco Routing and Switching (nivel avanzado no cuantificado).
