• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, operations, and functional owners to expand and strengthen the application security program.

• Design, build, and maintain a secure application integration framework (CI/CD, pipelines, infrastructure, microservices, APIs).

• Integrate security tools and processes (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, containers, secrets) throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring security acts as an enabler, not a bottleneck.

• Define key security performance indicators (KPIs), monitor results, and deliver valuable reporting for both clients and the team.

• Lead the adoption of new technologies, promote best practices, provide technical mentorship, and thrive in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban) with a DevOps mindset.

• Demonstrate proven experience in security applied to development and operations environments: application security assessments, security integration in pipelines, and control automation.

• Be familiar with cloud infrastructures, microservices, APIs, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) definition and execution.

• Possess an agile/DevOps mindset: the ability to navigate multidisciplinary teams, propose and drive change, and collaborate effectively with developers, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Have strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translate risks and vulnerabilities into business decisions.

• Colaborar estrechamente con arquitectos, desarrolladores, operaciones y propietarios funcionales para ampliar y robustecer el programa de seguridad de aplicaciones.

• Experiencia demostrable en seguridad aplicada a entornos de desarrollo y operaciones: evaluación de seguridad de aplicaciones, integración de seguridad en pipelines, automatización de controles.

• Familiaridad con infraestructuras en la nube, microservicios, APIs, contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes), y definición + ejecución de IaC (Infrastructure as Code).

• Mentalidad ágil / DevOps: capacidad de moverse en equipos multidisciplinares, proponer, impulsar cambios, colaborar con desarrolladores, operaciones y negocio.

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación: explicar conceptos técnicos a perfiles no técnicos, traducir riesgos y vulnerabilidades en decisiones de negocio.
