Aerostructures Design (Madrid)

We are looking for professionals with vocational training (FP) or a university degree to work on an aerospace sector project in the area of Aerostructures Design in Madrid. Your tasks will be:

• Design of Structures with CATIA V5/3DX:

  • 3D models and 2D drawings: Individual parts (sheet metal, machined/extruded and composite) and assemblies.

• Development of Technical Documentation within the framework of the Drawing Data Set release process.

• Support and assistance in technical meetings and reviews with the client.

• Required:

  • Education: Vocational Training (FP) (preferred) or University Degree in Engineering.

  • Intermediate level of CATIA V5/3DX (Knowledge of Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Surface Design and Drafting modules).

  • Good level of English (mainly in conversation and listening).

  • Knowledge in the interpretation and development of Technical Drawing.

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of an international team and willingness to help and support team members as needed.

• A plus:

  • Knowledge of the following CATIA V5 modules: Aerospace Sheet Metal Design, Composite Part Design and Holes & Fasteners.

  • Knowledge of aerospace or industrial methodologies and good understanding of Stress and Manufacturing criteria.

  • Experience with PLM tools (3DExperience, SmarTeam, Enovia VPM, PASS SSI, Optegra EPD, TAKSY, SPRINT, etc.)

Buscamos profesionales con con titulación de FP o Grado Universitario para trabajar en un proyecto del sector aeroespacial en el área de Diseño de Aeroestructuras en Madrid. Tus tareas serán:

• Diseño de Estructuras con CATIA V5/3DX:

  • Modelos 3D y dibujos 2D: Piezas individuales (chapa metálica, mecanizadas/extruidas y compuestas) y ensamblajes.

• Desarrollo de Documentación Técnica dentro del marco del proceso de liberación del Conjunto de Datos de Dibujo.

• Apoyo y asistencia a reuniones técnicas y revisiones con el cliente.

• Obligatorio:

  • Educación: FP (Preferible) o Grado de Universidad en Ingeniería.

  • Nivel intermedio de Catia V5/3DX (Conocimiento de los módulos de Diseño de Piezas, Diseño de Ensambles, Diseño de Superficies Generativas y Dibujo).

  • Buen nivel de inglés (Principalmente en conversación y escucha).

  • Conocimiento en la interpretación y desarrollo de Dibujo Técnico.

  • Capacidad comprobada para trabajar de manera efectiva como parte de un equipo internacional y disposición para ayudar y apoyar a los miembros del equipo según sea necesario.

• Un plus:

  • Conocimiento en los siguientes módulos de CATIA V5: Diseño de Chapa Metálica Aeronáutica, Diseño de Piezas Compuestas y Agujeros & Sujetadores.

  • Conocimiento en metodologías aeroespaciales o industriales y buena comprensión de criterios de Estrés y Fabricación.

  • Experiencia con herramientas PLM (3DExperience, SmarTeam, Enovia VPM, PASS SSI, Optegra EPD, TAKSY, SPRINT, etc.)
