About the role

We are looking for professionals with vocational training (FP) or a university degree to work on an aerospace sector project in the area of Aerostructures Design in Madrid. Your tasks will be:

  • Design of Structures with CATIA V5/3DX:

    • 3D models and 2D drawings: Individual parts (sheet metal, machined/extruded and composite) and assemblies.

Requirements

  • Required:

    • Education: Vocational Training (FP) (preferred) or University Degree in Engineering.

    • Intermediate level of CATIA V5/3DX (Knowledge of Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Surface Design and Drafting modules).

    • Good level of English (mainly in conversation and listening).

    • Knowledge in the interpretation and development of Technical Drawing.

    • Proven ability to work effectively as part of an international team and willingness to help and support team members as needed.

  • A plus:

    • Knowledge of the following CATIA V5 modules: Aerospace Sheet Metal Design, Composite Part Design and Holes & Fasteners.

    • Knowledge of aerospace or industrial methodologies and good understanding of Stress and Manufacturing criteria.

    • Experience with PLM tools (3DExperience, SmarTeam, Enovia VPM, PASS SSI, Optegra EPD, TAKSY, SPRINT, etc.)
