We are looking for Engineers experts/professionals in Process Engineering transformation and Supply Chain, with experience in DATA CENTERS.

Key Responsibilities: Business development and delivery of consulting projects focused on the transformation of industrial processes, including:

• Diagnosis and end-to-end process redesign

• Re-engineering of operational and industrial processes

• Change management and operational adoption

• Data and AI-driven transformation (data-driven operations)

• Improvement of efficiency, quality, cost, and time-to-market

• Support for large-scale industrial transformation programs

• Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering)

• 4-6 years of experience in complex industrial environments, working with clients across various sectors and processes (Data Center Sector)

• Previous experience in a transformation or improvement project.

• Analytical skills.

• Ambition to grow and learn in the integration of processes and new technologies (AI, Data, Hyperautomation, Industrial Robotics,...)

Estamos buscando Ingenieros/as expertos/as en transformación de Procesos de Ingeniería y Supply Chain, con experiencia en DATA CENTERS.

Funciones a destacar: Desarrollo de negocio y delivery de proyectos de consulting orientados a la transformación de procesos industriales, incluyendo:

• Diagnóstico y rediseño de procesos end‑to‑end

• Reingeniería de procesos operativos e industriales

• Gestión del cambio y adopción operativa

• Transformación basada en datos e IA (data‑driven operations)

• Mejora de eficiencia, calidad, coste y time‑to‑market

• Soporte a programas de transformación industrial a escala

• Idiomas: Castellano nativo e inglés avanzado

• Grado en Ingeniería ( Ingenieria mecánica, Electrica, Civil, Estructural o Arquitectura)

• Experiencia 4-6 años de experiencia en entornos industriales complejos, trabajando con clientes de sectores y procesos (Sector Data Centers)

• Experiencia previa en algún proyecto de transformación o mejora.

• Capacidad analítica.

• Ambición de crecer y aprender en la integración de los procesos y las nuevas tecnologías (IA, Data, hiperautomatización, robótica industrial,...)
