We are looking for university students interested in starting their careers in the Data & AI area. We do not require previous experience or a specific technology to start: you will receive training upon joining and we will assign you a project based on your profile, motivation, and business needs, working with current tools and Agile methodologies.

Duties

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions, collaborating in processes of ingestion, transformation, and exploitation of information using analytics tools and data platforms in cloud environments.

• Support the analysis of structured and unstructured data for the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytical models that facilitate business decision-making.

• Collaborate on artificial intelligence and advanced analytics projects, participating in tasks of data preparation, training, validation, and evaluation of machine learning models.

• Work in multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), documenting developments, participating in ceremonies, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks complying with the technical, quality, and security standards defined in the project.

• Document data processes, analyses, and developed models, ensuring their correct understanding and reuse.

• Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and methodologies related to Data & AI according to project needs.

• Collaborate actively with senior profiles, data engineers, data scientists, and consultants for the correct delivery of value solutions to the client.

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or other related STEM degrees.

• Minimum English level B2. Other languages will be valued.

• Intellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset.

Funciones

• Participar en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones de datos, colaborando en procesos de ingestión, transformación y explotación de información utilizando herramientas de analítica y plataformas de datos en entornos cloud.

• Apoyar en el análisis de datos estructurados y no estructurados para la elaboración de informes, dashboards y modelos analíticos que faciliten la toma de decisiones de negocio.

• Colaborar en proyectos de inteligencia artificial y analítica avanzada, participando en tareas de preparación de datos, entrenamiento, validación y evaluación de modelos de machine learning.

• Trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares bajo metodologías Agile (Scrum/Kanban), documentando desarrollos, participando en ceremonias y asegurando la calidad de los entregables.

• Ejecutar las tareas asignadas cumpliendo los estándares técnicos, de calidad y de seguridad definidos en el proyecto.

• Aprender y aplicar nuevas herramientas, tecnologías y metodologías relacionadas con Data & IA según las necesidades del proyecto.

• Colaborar activamente con perfiles senior, data engineers, data scientists y consultores para la correcta entrega de soluciones de valor al cliente.
