HVAC Engineer (Senior)

• Design and sizing of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) in complex industrial environments.

• Development of basic and detailed engineering (technical reports, thermal calculations, drawings, and specifications).

• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, process) for the integration of installations.

• Supervision of on-site execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and current regulations.

• Management of suppliers and contractors, including technical review of bids and monitoring of supplies.

• Cost control and optimization of technical solutions to maximize energy efficiency.

• Commissioning of installations and validation of the correct operation of systems.

• Preparation of final documentation (as-built, operation and maintenance manuals).

• Application of national and international regulations (RITE, ASHRAE, ISO, among others).

• Identification and implementation of improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability.

• Advanced knowledge of calculation and design software (HAP, Carrier, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

• Advanced level of technical English (valuable in international environments).

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.

• Master's degree or specialization in thermal installations, energy, or HVAC (valuable).

• Specific training in HVAC regulations and energy efficiency.

• Diseño y dimensionamiento de sistemas HVAC (calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado) en entornos industriales complejos.

• Desarrollo de ingeniería básica y de detalle (memorias técnicas, cálculos térmicos, planos y especificaciones).

• Coordinación con equipos multidisciplinares (civil, eléctrico, procesos) para la integración de instalaciones.

• Supervisión de la ejecución en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y normativa vigente.

• Gestión de proveedores y contratistas, incluyendo revisión técnica de ofertas y seguimiento de suministros.

• Control de costes y optimización de soluciones técnicas para maximizar eficiencia energética.

• Puesta en marcha (commissioning) de instalaciones y validación del correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas.

• Elaboración de documentación final (as-built, manuales de operación y mantenimiento).

• Aplicación de normativas nacionales e internacionales (RITE, ASHRAE, ISO, entre otras).

• Identificación e implementación de mejoras en eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad.

• Conocimientos avanzados en software de cálculo y diseño (HAP, Carrier, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

• Nivel alto de inglés técnico (valorable en entornos internacionales).

• Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o similar.

• Máster o especialización en instalaciones térmicas, energía o climatización (valorable).

• Formación específica en normativa HVAC y eficiencia energética.
