Requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience working with SAP SD.

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading SAP functional teams or performing roles as Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Project Lead.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, Greenfield and Brownfield.

• Experience in direct client management, including service monitoring, expectation management, and presentation of results.

• Experience in Order to Cash (OTC) processes within SAP SD.

• English level C1 or higher.

• Fluent or native Spanish level.

• Availability to travel as required by the project.

Nice to have

• Experience in international environments and geographically distributed teams.

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar methodologies.

• SAP certifications related to SAP S/4HANA Sales.

• Experience in the integration of SAP SD with MM, FI, LE, WM, or EWM.

• Participation in pre-sales activities, preparation of proposals, and commercial management.

• Experience in digital transformation projects with automation and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Knowledge and experience in the use of generative AI and AI tools applied to the workplace are required, in line with Accenture's commitment to the responsible and effective use of AI.

The role

We are looking to hire an SAP SD Delivery Lead to lead the delivery of SAP services and projects for national and international clients across different sectors. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the correct execution of digital transformation initiatives based on SAP S/4HANA.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SD projects and services, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, budget, and planning.

• Coordinate functional and multidisciplinary teams in SAP S/4HANA environments, managing risks, dependencies, and action plans.

• Act as the primary interlocutor for the client regarding requirement definition, service monitoring, and the evolution of SAP solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence capabilities applied to the business.

How you'll work

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, with some days working from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
