The role

THE WORK: Discover new opportunities to collaborate and contribute to impactful decisions. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to challenges both within your immediate group and across various teams. This role will involve sharing expertise in Infrastructure Event Management to support these collaborative efforts. Manage and operate infrastructure and operations in alignment with service and experience level agreements. Maintain reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to support organizational needs. Identify opportunities to continually improve services and enhance operational effectiveness. Govern ongoing service delivery and implement enhancements to meet evolving requirements. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless infrastructure event management. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management. A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced Data Management and Integration (DMI). Advanced Issue Management. Advanced IT Infrastructure Operations. Advanced IT Security Operations. Intermediate Problem Solving.
