ACCIONA, in its Services division, is selecting an Occupational Risk Prevention Manager for a wide area of operation.
Coordinate, program, and implement OHS projects within their functional area, ensuring their correct execution and monitoring in accordance with established rules and procedures. The position will play a key role in the coordination and supervision of the OHS team, as well as in the management of the main OHS projects and actions within a wide geographical area.
- Management and supervision of the OHS technicians in their charge, monitoring
their activity and coordination.
- Prepare, review, and update procedures of the OHS Management Manual.
- Preparation of documents related to OHS for the parameterization of
company tools (6 CONECTA).
- Ensure that the Health and Safety Management System is established,
implemented, and maintained in accordance with the standards established by ISO
45001.
- Carrying out internal audits under the ISO 45001 standard.
- Coordination and support for the External ISO 45001 Auditing Entity.
- Preparation of the Annual Health Surveillance Program together with S.P.A.
- Coordination and liaison with the Medical Management of the Mutua. Prevention in
matters referred to accident rates and health surveillance, as well as
incident resolution.
- Participate in the investigation of serious, very serious, or fatal accidents,
coordinating with the OHS and Legal Directorates on aspects related
to these accidents.
- Define annual OHS objectives and perform their monitoring.
- Coordinate and verify the implementation of programs established for the
reduction of accident rates.
- Participate in Management Committees when required.
- Convene and participate in the established annual and
semi-annual Health and Safety Commissions.
- Preparation of reports for Management regarding OHS indicators and
other required topics.
- Preparation of weekly reports on relevant OHS aspects for
Business/Functional Management.
- Carrying out monthly monitoring meetings with all OHS technicians in the
Department.
- Analysis of accident rates and proposal for the development of programs.
- Development of OHS campaigns.
- Comprehensive management of complaints, requirements, or inspections regarding
OHS.
