Heavy Track Machinery Operator

ACCIONA, within its Construction business line, is looking to hire a machine operator for railway track machinery: tampers, stabilizers, profile regulators, etc., at the Machinery Yard in Noblejas (Toledo), to support all railway works, both maintenance and new construction, at national and international level.

To be part of the team of operators that make up the work group providing support for the company's railway works, under the supervision of the machine foreman, who will at all times indicate the duties to be performed, which would mainly be:

• Technical and practical training for machine operation.

• Preparation of the machine for work.

• Assisting the machine foreman in daily work with the machine.

• Machine maintenance and servicing operations.

• No previous experience is required, but any prior contact with or knowledge of this equipment and/or work carried out on track construction sites will be valued.

• Experience in civil works machinery operation is valued: wheel loaders, backhoes, dumpers, forklifts, trucks, etc.

• Essential: intermediate vocational training (FP Grado Medio) in any technological field or high school diploma (Bachiller); higher vocational training (Grado Superior) will be valued.

• Must hold a driving licence.

• Geographical mobility at national level.

• OMI accreditation, type A or B driving licences, or safety pilot or work supervisor accreditation will be valued.
