Strategic Operations Internship in Madrid

What you will do during the 6-month internship:
You will rotate through the following departments in our company, learning the key processes, in order to perform the tasks of a Services/Facility Manager in our operations:

· HR and Labor Relations: delve into absenteeism data, training, and the application of labor regulations.
· Occupational Risk Prevention: first-hand knowledge of safety and health plans, risk identification, and prevention audits.
· Business Development: support in commercial actions with current clients, opportunity analysis, and proposals for continuous improvement.
· Bids Department: collaboration in technical and economic studies, preparation of proposals, and understanding of contracting processes.
· Legal Department: knowledge of contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and management of legal incidents related to the different services.
· Finance: training in budget controls, analysis of income statements, and participation in monthly closings.

After completing the rotational onboarding, you will begin your stage in Operations, participating in a training project focused on team leadership for 6 months. You will take on key responsibilities such as supervising audits, controlling KPIs, managing documentation, purchasing, and coordinating resources. You will also collaborate on commercial actions, risk prevention, continuous improvement initiatives, client relations, and financial monitoring to ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.
