ACCIONA, in its Facility Services division, is selecting a labor relations technician for Almería.

MISSION
Contributing to the organization's labor management by ensuring regulatory compliance, proper handling of labor procedures, and effective administrative and documentary coordination across different areas, fostering an orderly, fair, and legally compliant work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll do

1. Ensuring compliance with current labor regulations applicable to the company, as well as providing legal-labor advisory services to both management and the various internal departments.

2. Managing disciplinary procedures, including the processing of sanctions and dismissals, in coordination with the legal advisory department, managing substantial modifications to working conditions (MSCT) and transfers, and managing works council election processes.

3. Liaising and negotiating with workers' representatives and trade union organizations. Supporting the negotiation of agreements and collective bargaining agreements.

4. Comprehensive management of labor inspections, including handling inspection notices, preparing documentation, and representing the company. Attending conciliation hearings.

5. Resolving labor and social conflicts across the different workplaces, promoting dialogue and the achievement of agreements.

6. Supervising and monitoring compliance with working conditions, regarding working hours, rest periods, salaries, and other aspects regulated by labor legislation. Supporting the company's bidding processes on labor matters and providing support to the legal team in preparing for litigation.

Candidate requirements

-Bachelor's degree or Degree in Law.
- Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar position and/or services company.
- Experience in negotiating collective agreements, and dealing with works councils, unions, RLTs (legal representatives of workers), managing ERTEs (temporary employment regulation files), etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Person with strong organizational skills, highly resourceful, and with good communication skills.
- Own vehicle.
