Pay & benefits
What you'll get
- Initial contract through a staffing agency (renewable monthly), with the possibility of subsequent permanent employment with the company.
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. (Availability to work Saturdays)
- Salary according to the collective agreement: €11.85 gross/hour, plus a night shift premium (€2.27).
- Immediate start.
- Free transportation provided via company bus.
The role
We are recruiting, for a company in the chemical sector specializing in the manufacture of plastic components for the automotive industry and located in the Malpica Industrial Estate, a Plastic Blow Molding Operator to join their production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out blow molding operations, quality control, and part inspection, ensuring compliance with the technical and safety standards established by the company.
What you'll do
- Manufacture of plastic parts through the blow molding process, ensuring the proper operation of machinery and production parameters.
- Demolding, deflashing, and finishing of parts, guaranteeing their quality and precision.
- Inspection and quality control through visual review and the use of measuring instruments.
- Support with basic equipment maintenance, cleaning of the work area, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
