Assistant Store Manager

• Minimum gross base salary for full-time at €20,000.00 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on experience
• 15% employee discount on the entire product range.
• A tailored training program at the Action Academy, where you will learn, among other things, techniques for conducting interviews, evaluations, planning, and organization.

• You have at least two years of work experience in retail
• Availability to work full-time

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be co-responsible for an optimal sales level of our incredible and surprising range of products, as well as for the management of the store's personnel team. You will provide support to the Store Manager in monitoring sales and inventory in the store, and you will help improve the store and shelf layout to optimize sales. Together with your team, you will ensure the necessary progress regarding care and tidiness for the business's appearance. You will also be co-responsible for employee shift scheduling, managing accepted applications, and answering questions from your colleagues or customers, as our goal is for everyone to always feel at home.
