-People management: Previous experience leading and coordinating store teams, applying a leadership style that is close and empathetic but oriented towards the achievement of results and work standards.

-Business orientation: Mastery and habit of analytical work oriented towards the fulfillment of retail KPIs.

As Store Manager, you will assume direct responsibility for the leadership of the store and its P&L, guaranteeing the achievement of commercial objectives, excellence in the customer experience, and the continuous development of your team.

-Commercial management and KPIs: Control, monitoring, and analysis of the store's P&L and its main commercial indicators (turnover, conversion rate, average ticket, UPT/units per ticket, etc.).

-Leadership and team development: Selection, training, coordination, motivation, and development of the personnel under your charge (teams of 5 to 10 people).

-Sales strategy: Boost and energize sales at the shopping center to ensure the fulfillment of the set quantitative and qualitative objectives.

-Operational and stock management: Planning and supervision of stock management, inventory, reception of goods, and orders.

-Control of cash processes: Supervision of the opening, balancing, and closing of the cash register, guaranteeing strict compliance with the store's operating procedures.

-Visual Merchandising: Ensure the excellent image of the store and the correct implementation of the Visual Merchandising guidelines defined by the company.
