Store Manager

• You have at least five years of experience in the retail sector, and two of those years you have worked in a manager position.
• You have experience in creating schedules and work plans.
• Due to our opening hours, we expect that you will have no problem with regular evening work or weekends.
• You are a sensitive, entrepreneurial, and decisive person.
• You meet the requirements of Action's corporate culture: cost-conscious, customer-oriented, respectful attitude, teamwork, discipline, and simplicity.

• Minimum gross base salary for a full-time position of €24,500.00 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on experience

Together with your collaborators, you will manage various groups of store employees and will do everything possible to achieve good results. You will supervise sales volume, organize shelf layout, and the appearance of your store. You will also be responsible for supplies, the daily closing of cash registers, and the planning of every task. You will also be in charge of ensuring that colleagues can develop and of evaluating candidates who apply for a job in your sister store. You will be in regular contact with the regional director regarding the progress of business matters and results.
