You have training in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines and practical experience in contract projects, renovations, or installations for corporate and public environments.

You have a professional career of 5 to 10 years in responsible positions on-site (Site Manager, Production Manager, or Execution Director) in construction companies, technical studios, or corporate facilities areas.

You master AutoCAD and cost/deadline management tools (Presto, Cype, TCQ, MS Project), in addition to having solid knowledge of the CTE and LOE, and you are proficient in the technical supervision of installations.

Additionally, you are agile in solving unforeseen issues, you have a high orientation toward quality, and an excellent capacity for communication with a pragmatic approach.

To support our spatial expansion and innovation, we are looking for a building professional who enjoys both technical development in the office and real on-site execution control. A dynamic profile who dialogues with external architecture teams, optimizes proposals, and is capable of dealing directly with their internal client.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the technical execution of projects from the proposal phase to final delivery. It is not just about producing plans, but about ensuring that each project meets the technical requirements, deadlines, and planned costs, facilitating communication between departments and with external collaborators.

• Technical Office and Value Engineering: You will generate the necessary technical documentation (layout plans, measurements, estimated budgets) to conceptualize new infrastructures or corporate renovations. You will audit projects from external architects to detect clashes and propose construction or material solutions that optimize deadlines and costs without losing design.

• Site Supervision and Control: You will direct the on-site control of the material execution of new spaces (warehouses, showrooms, production centers...) at the construction site. You will lead coordination meetings with contractors and perform strict control of certifications, quality, and delivery deadlines.

• Showrooms and Ephemeral Spaces: You will coordinate the physical renovation of our international showrooms and the logistical and installation assembly of high-impact stands at the most representative trade fairs in the sector worldwide.
